Job Summary & Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SAP Joule use cases tailored to business needs (e.g., HR queries, procurement insights, finance analytics).

- Work with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and BTP extensions to embed Joule in daily workflows.

- Collaborate with business users to define Joule intents, prompts, and conversational flows.

- Fine-tune Joule outputs using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools such as SAP AI Core or SAP AI Launchpad.

- Align Joule capabilities with business roles and security models to ensure contextual and compliant outputs.

- Support integration with SAP Fiori, SAP Build Work Zone, and other UX layers.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Joule responses using telemetry and user feedback.

- Lead workshops and training sessions to drive Joule adoption among end users.

- Stay updated with SAP Joule roadmap and innovations.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience implementing or configuring SAP Joule or comparable generative AI assistants within enterprise software.

- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Foundation, or similar services.

- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP), AI prompt engineering, and context handling.

- Strong grasp of SAP UI technologies : Fiori, SAP Launchpad, SAP Build Work Zone.

- Ability to work with SAP application modules such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Ariba.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience in Agile environments and design thinking approaches is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP certifications in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, or relevant S/4HANA modules.

- Experience in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or public sector.

- Exposure to SAP Joule in pilot or innovation projects.
