Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Tester with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ISU Billing, Device Management, FICA, Credit & Collections, and Payment Processes.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in utility domain projects and should be proficient in test case preparation, execution, and defect management using tools such as QMetry and JIRA.

Knowledge of integration testing and API validation will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP ISU Functional Testing :

- Prepare detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements.

- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios across SAP ISU modules.

- Perform testing for key SAP ISU areas including :

1. Billing

2. Device Management

3. FICA

4. Credit & Collections

5. Payment Processes

Defect Management :

- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA and/or QMetry.

- Work closely with development and functional teams to provide defect details, support root-cause analysis, and validate fixes.

- Prepare comprehensive test execution reports and defect summary reports for stakeholders.

Domain Expertise :

- Utilize experience from the utilities domain to ensure accurate validation of business processes.

- Understand end-to-end billing and metering processes, payment cycles, and collections workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work collaboratively with project managers, SAP functional consultants, integration teams, and business stakeholders.

- Participate in project discussions, requirement walkthroughs, and testing workshops.

Nice-to-Have / Additional Responsibilities :

- Perform integration and API testing using tools such as Postman.

- Collaborate with integration teams using technologies such as MuleSoft.

- Support automation or API-based validation where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 7 years of experience in SAP ISU functional testing, specifically in :

i. SAP ISU Billing

ii. SAP ISU Device Management

iii. SAP ISU FICA

iv. Credit & Collections

v. Payment Process Testing

- Experience in Utility domain is mandatory.

- Proficient in test management tools like QMetry and JIRA.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP ISU business processes.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Integration testing experience (MuleSoft).

- API testing experience using Postman.

- Knowledge of automation or API testing tools
