SAP IS Retail Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Retail Consultant with deep expertise in CAR, S/4HANA, and Fashion/FMS implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing retail-specific SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration across retail and fashion domains.

This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration, and the ability to engage with clients to deliver value-driven solutions.

Location : PAN India (Wipro Offices : Bengaluru, Mysore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, Pune, Mumbai - Powai/Airoli, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata)

Experience : 7 to 16 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IS Retail on S/4HANA platforms.

- Configure and deploy SAP CAR functionalities including :

- POS integration and sales audit

- Demand forecasting and replenishment planning

- Omni-channel retail processes (online & offline integration)

Implement Fashion/FMS functionalities such as :

1. Season and collection management

2. Available-to-Promise (ATP)

3. Allocation management

4. Retail pricing and promotions planning

- Integrate IS Retail with MM, SD, WM, and FICO modules, as well as external systems (POS, e-commerce, EDI, CRM).

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, business blueprinting, and functional design sessions.

- Prepare and review functional documentation (BRD, FS, test cases, user manuals).

Drive SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live support.

- Act as a trusted advisor to retail clients, ensuring business objectives are achieved with SAP best practices.

Required Skills :

- 7 to 10 years of SAP IS Retail implementation experience (end-to-end projects).

- Strong expertise in SAP CAR and S/4HANA retail processes.

- Hands-on experience with Fashion/FMS (Retail/Fashion Management Solution).

- Deep understanding of retail industry business processes : merchandising, assortment, store operations, inventory, omni-channel.

- Strong client interaction, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead workshops, prepare functional specs, and provide solution design.

- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Knowledge of SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution).

- Exposure to retail analytics tools and reporting (BW/BI, SAC).

- Experience with integration middleware (PI/PO, CPI, APIs).

- Certification in SAP IS Retail, CAR, or S/4HANA Retail.

- Leadership experience in offshore/onsite delivery models.
