Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and technical SAP IS-Oil Distribution Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in the SAP IS-Oil Distribution module, with a mandatory focus on S/4HANA implementation and support.

You will be a key contributor to our S/4HANA transformation journey, responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing robust solutions for bulk product logistics, secondary distribution, and integrated business processes.

This role requires a strong technical understanding of the module's core functionalities and an ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP IS-Oil S/4HANA Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead the implementation and end-to-end configuration of SAP IS-Oil Distribution solutions on the S/4HANA platform.

- Design and configure key processes related to bulk product logistics, including Terminal Automation System (TAS) integration, Terminal Management, and secondary distribution.

- Configure and optimize processes within the Traders' and Schedulers' Workbench (TSW), including nominations, tickets, and scheduling.

System Integration & Technical Support :

- Ensure seamless integration of the SAP IS-Oil module with other SAP components, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Finance (FI).

- Provide expert-level post-go-live support, troubleshooting complex system issues, and conducting root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate closely with ABAP developers and other technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and custom developments.

Business Process & Compliance Management :

- Analyze complex business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable solutions in line with industry best practices.

- Work with business stakeholders to manage changes, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive end-user training.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP IS-Oil and S/4HANA features, recommending innovative solutions and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on, functional experience in SAP IS-Oil Distribution.

- Proven experience in at least one full S/4HANA implementation or support project.

Technical Proficiency :

- In-depth functional knowledge of SAP IS-Oil sub-modules, including Transportation and Distribution (TD), Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM), and TSW (Traders' and Schedulers' Workbench).

- Strong understanding of master data objects within IS-Oil and their integration with other modules.

- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, including interfaces and customizations.

Professional Attributes :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP IS-Oil Distribution certification.

- Experience with SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for integrations.

- Familiarity with ABAP debugging and standard SAP tables within the IS-Oil module.

- Knowledge of Fiori applications relevant to the IS-Oil processes.
