Overview :

The ideal candidate would have 16+ years of experience managing IT program delivery for large FMCG or Food & Beverages companies, with experience in large scale SAP transformations to S/4HANA. Experience of complex landscapes with multiple skills (if not all) of the following solutions is a must have:, Success Factors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI, SAP BTP.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Experience in both Solution Delivery (Projects) and Service Delivery (Application Support) is a must have

- Familiarity with ITIL processes

- Experience in Agile Delivery

- A strong SAP Implementation or Integration (SAP PI/PO/CPI/Software AG Web Methods) background but have at least 4 years of experience as a delivery manager.

SAP Expertise :

- Deep understanding of SAP modules, including S/4HANA, PI/PO, Cloud Platform Integration, and API Management.

Project/Program Management :

- Proven experience in managing SAP projects and programs, including experience with Agile, SAP Activate, or Waterfall methodologies.

Leadership and Team Management :

- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

Communication and Stakeholder Management :

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Knowledge :

Solid understanding of integration technologies, data migration strategies, and security considerations.

Problem-Solving :

- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
