Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP IDM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Identity Management, user provisioning, workflows, system integration, and SAP Security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage user creation, modification, provisioning and de-provisioning across connected systems.

- Configure and maintain SAP IDM workflows and web-based approval processes.

- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

- Integrate SAP IDM with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA using ABAP connectors.

- Develop and customize IDM workflows and identity-related processes using JavaScript.

- Use SQL scripting/querying for data management, troubleshooting, and analysis.

- Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP IDM background jobs.

- Identify and resolve provisioning, workflow, connector, and performance issues.

- Support IDM system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.

- Work closely with SAP Security teams on roles, authorizations, SoD, and access reviews.

- Support internal and external audits and access certification/reviews.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IDM implementation and administration.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Identity Management / SAP IDM.

- Experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning.

- Hands-on experience with ABAP Connectors and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.

- Strong JavaScript and SQL scripting skills.

- Experience with IDM workflows and identity tasks.

- Good understanding of SAP Security, authorization concepts, RBAC, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

- Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.

- Experience supporting audits and access reviews is preferred.
