Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Manager with strong expertise in Supply Planning and Demand Planning, along with exposure to S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). The candidate will play a key role in driving planning solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and leading IBP implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP IBP Supply Planning solutions (mandatory requirement).

- Design and implement Demand Planning models aligned with business needs.

- Drive S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IBP solutions.

- Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Support integration of SAP IBP with S/4HANA or ECC systems.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning (must-have).

- Proven experience in Demand Planning within SAP IBP.

- Experience with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.

- End-to-end implementation and rollout experience in SAP IBP.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
