SAP IBP Consultant - SCM Domain

Job Title : SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Inventory Optimization (I/O)

Mandatory Skills :

- More than 10 year of experience in SCM domain

- SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Inventory Optimization (I/O)

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Experience of working with globally distributed cross cultural teams

- Planning area set ups, Key Figures configurations, Application jobs, ECC ADD on BADI's knowledge, Cloud Platform Integrator (CPI) knowledge, Master data set ups, IBP Heuristics, Optimizer, Deployment, Demand Prioritization

- Good knowledge on HCI and CPI-DS able to set up jobs, trouble shoot issues for failures

- Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation

- Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP & overview of other related modules

- Should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and have Implementation, Roll out, Production support experience in supply chain planning processes

- Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements

- More than 6+ years of Hands on Experience in SAP IBP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs , Prior AMS experience

- Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 and ECC

- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must

- Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented

- Provides 24x7 level 3 on-call support of production systems on a rotation basis in support of technical processes and interfaces

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data Types, Application Jobs, and Heuristics/Optimizers in IBP

- Integrate IBP with ECC/S4 HANA using Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and CPI-DS/HCI

- Troubleshoot integration failures and manage job scheduling and monitoring

- Maintain functional specifications, technical design documents, and other project-related artifacts

- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements

- Provide Level 3 production support (24x7 on-call rotation) for SAP IBP processes and interfaces

- Customize SAP IBP enhancements to meet evolving business requirements

- Assist in rollout and deployment of new features or modules within the IBP suite

- Work closely with business stakeholders and provide training and documentation

- Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of system and process issues

- Coordinate with ERP teams for seamless SCM integration across modules
