We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations / Rollout / support The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP IBP modules, strong business process knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering value in complex supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage full-cycle SAP IBP implementations/Rollout/Support (DP, SNOP, IO, OBP, SNOP).

- Configure planning areas, key figures, planning views, and application jobs.

- Integrate SAP IBP with ECC/S4HANA and CI/RTI for seamless data flow.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders globally.

- Up-to-date product knowledge of SAP IBP and awareness of its future roadmap.

- Develop assets, accelerators, and best practices for IBP delivery.

- Lead the continuous improvement (CI) process and AMS team with partners.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning technology applications like SAP APO, JDA, Kinaxis.

- At least 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP.

- Strong knowledge of SCOR model and supply chain processes.

- Experience in Life science or Biotechnology companies.

- SAP Certification in IBP is preferred.

Technical Skills:

- SAP IBP Demand Planning, IO , SNOP, Control Tower, RTI and OBP.

- S4/ECC/APO/ Basic of PP, GATP, PPDS, ePPDS and CIF.

- SAP IBP OBP implementation experience is must for this role.

- Works on complex assignments where problem solving requires in-depth evaluation of varying factors and practices/procedures must be determined.

- Enhances internal and external working relationships and networks with key contacts outside the area of expertise.

- Adapts style to differing audiences and frequently advises others on complex matters that relate to the wider business and require persuasion.

- May train and mentor junior level staff.

- Work is reviewed upon completion and is consistent with departmental objectives.

- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Experience / Education :

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 6 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
