SAP IBP Consultant 6+ Years - Full?Time - Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Role : SAP IBP Consultant

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Required Experience & Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) implementations, particularly in manufacturing environments

- Strong expertise in IBP Fundamentals : Demand Management, Forecasting, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

- Hands-on configuration experience across planning modules, including production planning and capacity planning

- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP integration, especially in packaging or make-to-stock/make-to-order environments

- Familiarity with SAP APO and PP integration flows with other SAP modules

- Basic knowledge of Product Modelling and MRP concepts, preferably in packaging solutions

- Desirable : experience with Neo4J (graph database) for modeling or analytics

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global stakeholder interaction

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Configuration :

- Lead full-cycle SAP IBP implementations, from planning workshops to go live

- Configure planning areas and master data attributes for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP functionalities

- Design and implement integration with S/4HANA and other SAP modules; design RICEFW items as needed

Business Process & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specifications

- Map current and future state processes, document flows, assumptions, and proof of concept system setups

Project Delivery & Support :

- Execute testing (unit, integration, UAT), deliver user training, and support cutover activities

- Identify and resolve technical and functional issues, document issues and solutions as knowledgebase items

Consulting & Collaboration :

- Act as an SME/backbone resource alongside GIM SMEs, offering support during implementation phases

- Coach junior resources, share domain knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Experience :

- At least 23 full implementations of SAP IBP in manufacturing settings, particularly in timeseries-based supply planning and optimizer use

- Exposure to Configure-to-Order (CTO) or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes and ECC/S/4HANA solutions

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management, IT, Engineering, or a related field

- SAP certification in IBP, SAP SCM, or APO is preferred
