Overview

Aaryavin Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SAP IBP Configuration Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This senior role is critical to designing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end planning solutions across our supply chain landscape. The expert will focus on utilizing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules and ensuring seamless data integration with core systems.

Role : SAP IBP Configuration Expert

Employment Type : Contract Opportunity

Experience : 7-9 Years total relevant experience (4-6 years in SAP APO + 3+ years focused on SAP IBP)

Location : Hybrid (2 days/week in office, Bangalore)

Shift : 12 PM - 9 PM IST (Aligns with typical collaboration windows)

Key Responsibilities :

- IBP Configuration : Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP IBP modules, with a strong hands-on focus on Demand Planning and Supply Planning.

- Integration Expertise : Establish and maintain robust data connectivity between SAP IBP and source systems (including S/4HANA) and non-SAP environments.

- Data Integration Tools : Utilize integration tools proficiently, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services (CI-DS) and SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI), and potentially BW integration, to ensure reliable data flow.

- RTI and Data Modeling : Configure and manage the integration using Real-Time Integration (RTI) models to support operational planning processes.

- Legacy Transition : Leverage deep historical knowledge from SAP APO to guide the optimal migration and functionality mapping to the modern SAP IBP platform.

- Solution Design : Translate complex business requirements into high-performing and scalable technical solutions within the SAP IBP environment.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the planning solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- SAP IBP Configuration : Mandatory strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP Configuration, specifically in Demand, Supply Planning (or S&OP) modules.

- Integration Tools : Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting data flows using CI-DS and SDI.

- SAP Experience : Minimum of 7 years of total experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning, including :

- 4-6 years in SAP APO (DP, SNP modules highly desirable).

- 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in SAP IBP.

- SAP Integration : Familiarity with S/4HANA integration best practices and configuring RTI models.

- Technical & Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to interface effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
