Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Configuration Consultant with 5 to 7 years of specialized experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, with a primary focus on the Demand Planning module.

Expertise in integrating IBP with core ERP systems, particularly S/4HANA, is essential.

This role requires strong analytical skills and a proven ability to translate complex supply chain business requirements into effective IBP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

IBP Configuration & Solution Design : Lead the end-to-end functional design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP IBP solution, specializing in Demand Planning but with knowledge across Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory, and Supply.

Demand Planning Expertise : Configure advanced Demand Planning functionalities within IBP, including :

- Master Data configuration (Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, Attributes).

- Statistical forecasting models and parameters.

- Consensus demand planning and collaborative forecasting processes.

- Exception management and alert configuration.

- S/4HANA Integration : Define and implement robust integration solutions between SAP IBP and core SAP ERP systems, specifically leveraging S/4HANA master and transactional data through the SAP Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services (CPI-DS) or equivalent tools.

- Process Mapping & Blueprinting : Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders, map business processes to IBP functionality, and create detailed functional blueprints and configuration guides.

- Reporting & Analytics : Configure planning views, dashboards, and advanced reporting within the IBP Excel Add-In and Web UI to provide insightful data for decision-making.

- Testing & Deployment : Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts (unit, integration, and UAT).

- Provide hypercare support and successful knowledge transfer to internal support teams.

- Problem-Solving & Analysis : Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex functional issues, optimize planning processes, and ensure system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 57 years of hands-on, full lifecycle implementation and support experience with SAP IBP.

- Core IBP Skills : Expert proficiency in SAP IBP Configuration, including Planning Areas, Master Data Types, Key Figures, and planning operators.

- Module Specialization : Deep functional expertise in Demand Planning (Statistical Forecasting, Consensus Demand).

- Integration : Proven experience integrating SAP IBP with S/4HANA or ECC environments, preferably using CPI-DS.

- Analytical Ability : Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex planning scenarios.

- Availability : Must be an Immediate Joiner or have a short notice period (30 days maximum).

- Soft Skills : Excellent remote communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with SAP IBP Inventory and Response & Supply modules.

- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration for planning and reporting.

- Knowledge of advanced visualization tools within IBP
