SAP IBP & PP Consultant - S&OP Module

SAP IBP & PP Consultant (Full-Time) Mouri Tech

About the Role :

Lead and configure SAP IBP Response & Supply and associated modules including :

- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

- Demand Planning / Forecasting

- Inventory Planning & Optimization

- Design and implement the full production planning cycle, including :

- Make to Stock and Make to Order strategies

- Capacity Planning

- Production to Demand flows within IBP & S4 environments

- Architect and deliver S/4HANAIBP integration, including CIF/Open replication, planning data exchange, and real time scenario simulation

- Provide configuration and integration expertise across SAP modules (PP, APO, MM, SD, FICO) with emphasis on APOS/4/IBP interfaces

Job Description :

- Document system design, configuration, test scenarios, proof of concept setups, and lessons learned

- Perform issue analysis and resolution (root cause / fix documentation)

- Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders; translate into technical deliverables

- Support GIM/SME teams globally and act as backup expert for core planning functions

- Operate in an agile, fast paced delivery environment, aligning with IT governance and Tetra Pak best practices

- Understand configure to order or engineer to order processes in ECC/S4 as applicable for packaging businesses

- Maintain up to date knowledge of SAP IBP and supply chain roadmap trends.

Qualifications :

- 6-10+ years of SAP IBP experience, with 23 full life cycle implementations in manufacturing or supply chain context.

- Deep hands on expertise in Response & Supply planning, timeseries optimization, heuristics and optimizer-

based planning

- Proven experience integrating S/4HANA with IBP (CIF, IDP, CPI DS, SDI)

- Prior background in SAP APO, PP DS, MRP, SNP or traditional PP modules, with knowledge of master data and production versioning

- Strong understanding of product modeling, BOMs, routings and planning object structure relevant to packaging or manufacturing environments

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written to engage with global stakeholders across business and technology teams

- SAP certification in IBP or SCM (APO) or equivalent is a strong plus

- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery

- Knowledge of ECC/S4 Configure to Order or Engineer to Order processes

- Domain experience in manufacturing or consumer goods, particularly packaging

- Insight into SAP product roadmap, including Digital Supply Chain and IBP evolution
