Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR / S4 Time Consultant with strong expertise in Time Management / Time Evaluation to support implementation, rollout, and support projects on SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management / S/4HANA Time solutions

- Handle Time Evaluation schemas & rules (PCRs, Schemas)

- Configure Work Schedules, Shift Planning, Leave Types, Absences, Quotas

- Integrate Time Management with Payroll and other HR modules

- Support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects

- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams

- Troubleshoot time-related issues and provide production support

- Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering and UAT

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in SAP HCM Time Management / S/4HANA Time

- Hands-on experience with Time Evaluation, PCRs, Schemas

- Knowledge of Work Schedules, Leave & Attendance Management

- Experience in S/4HANA HCM or SAP ECC HCM

- Good understanding of Payroll integration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off / Time Tracking

- Exposure to SF S/4HANA integrations

- SAP HCM / S/4HANA certification
