We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Consultant to support ongoing HR system development and enhancements.

This is a part-time, remote role requiring availability for 4 hours per day aligned to Dubai time. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP HR ABAP development and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather requirements.

- Design and implement HR processes within the SAP system.

- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality of developed solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR applications.

- Create and update technical documentation for HR solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HR modules.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 Years of experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and enhance SAP HR solutions using ABAP.

- Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design and implement HR business processes within the SAP system.

- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure solution quality and stability.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HR modules.

- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR ABAP development.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules and related business processes.

- Experience in ABAP enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
