Description : Job Description : SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant.

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) : 7+yrs.

Technical/Functional Skills :


- Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle.

- Also understand underlying legal requirements.

- Should be able to Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems.

- Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice.

- Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).

- Should be able to lead the team.

- To work effectively within a team environment.

- Good Knowledge of ASAP Methodology.

Experience Required :


- Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and integration of HCM modules with Successfactors.

- Exposure to benefit integration with 3rd party system.

- Should have actively worked on a minimum of 1 Full life cycle implementation or support project.

Roles & Responsibilities :


- Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle.

- Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.

- Associate should able to lead team and should be able to work with other SAP HCM consultants as a team.

- Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.

- The consultant will be responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape and assisting clients in configuration, development, testing, rollout and post-roll out support of SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.

- As the majority of our work is performed at different sites with significant travel required, consultant must be ready to travel.

- Consultant will work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results.

- Must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task.

- Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service.

Education :


- 4-year degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
