Job Description

Join our team to drive complex, multi-country HR Transformation programs.

This role focuses on the technical configuration, implementation, and system integration of both on-premise SAP HCM and cloud-based SuccessFactors (SF) modules, ensuring robust data management and strict compliance across the European time zone.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Module Configuration & Technical Setup :

- Technically configure Core HR, Time, Payroll, and Recruitment functionalities within either SAP HCM (schemas, PCRs, infotypes) or SuccessFactors Employee Central (data models, business rules, workflows).

- Deliver Talent Management modules (Performance, Compensation, LMS) by customizing templates, processes, and role-based permissions within the SF platform.

Integration Architecture Management :


- Manage integration with S/4, EC Payroll, and 3rd party tools, defining technical interface requirements (APIs, middleware, Dell Boomi/CPI iFlows) and ensuring reliable data transfer.


- Specifically oversee the technical setup and testing of the interface for EC Payroll and other critical HR financial systems.

Data Governance and Compliance Implementation:

- Ensure GDPR and EU HR compliance by configuring data retention rules, managing PII (Personally Identifiable Information) access controls, and setting up technical audit logs within the system.

System Maintenance & Documentation :

- Apply 5 + years SAP HCM or SuccessFactors technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues.

- Produce Excellent documentation skills to create detailed technical specifications, configuration workbooks, and integration maps.

Required Technical Skills & Expertise :


- Platform Expertise (Mandatory) : 5 + years SAP HCM or SuccessFactors configuration/implementation experience, with strong hands-on skills in either ABAP HR/Payroll configuration or SuccessFactors Provisioning/Integration Center.


- Domain Knowledge : Practical experience with the technical setup and mapping required for Multi-country payroll experience (EU/UK/India).

- Integration Proficiency : Experience defining technical requirements for data exchange (i.e., APIs, SF Integration Center, middleware) to manage integration with S/4 and 3rd party tools.

- Documentation : Excellent communication and documentation skills for conveying complex technical designs and configurations to both technical and functional teams
