We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and support major HR transformation projects.
This role is crucial for implementing, configuring, and optimizing integrated HR solutions that span core HR, Talent Management, and critical Payroll processes across global clients.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :
Module Configuration and Implementation :
- Core HR : Lead configuration and functional design for SAP HCM (Core HR) modules or SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), focusing on Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.
- Specialized Modules : Configure and deploy key functional areas, including Time Management, Global Payroll, and strategic Talent Management modules (e.g., Performance, Succession, Recruiting).
- Payroll Expertise : Manage and ensure accurate configuration of Employee Central Payroll (ECP), utilizing specialized knowledge in complex payroll schemas.
- Integration : Oversee and manage integration points between SuccessFactors modules and external systems, particularly Learning Management System (LMS) integration and core ERP financial systems.
Compliance and Data Governance :
- Data Privacy : Ensure rigorous design and implementation of HR systems to maintain strict compliance with global and regional data privacy laws, including Indian and EU Data Privacy laws (GDPR).
- Statutory Compliance : Apply configuration expertise to meet regional statutory and legal reporting requirements.
Requirements and Strategy :
- Documentation & Communication : Produce high-quality, precise functional specifications and documentation.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client and stakeholder management.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Mandatory Experience : Minimum 4+ years of hands-on functional consulting experience in either SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
- Payroll Configuration (Advantageous) : Specific experience in complex Payroll configuration (India or UK) is a significant advantage, highlighting expertise in localization and tax calculation.
- Cloud Proficiency : Demonstrated ability to work within cloud-based implementation methodologies (preferred for SuccessFactors).
- Soft Skills : Proven capability to translate complex business requirements into tangible, working system solutions
