Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Consultant with proven experience in supporting and enhancing SAP HCM Payroll for Indian, US agencies or international NPOs. The role demands in-depth functional and statutory knowledge of international HR frameworks, multi-currency payroll, and complex entitlements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead payroll support and enhancements in SAP ECC (PY) for multiple geographies and global entities.

- Configure and maintain country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and allowance rules.

- Design and manage multi-currency payroll setups for staff in hardship duty stations.

- Resolve retroactive issues related to reassignments, transfers, and contract changes.

- Support and troubleshoot custom infotypes, table enhancements, and payroll rules.

- Collaborate with Time, Benefits, and Finance teams for aligned data and postings.

- Manage payslip generation, off-cycle payments, retro analysis, and year-end processes.

- Prepare documentation for audits, Secure 2.0 Act testing, and compliance reviews.

- Participate in KT, documentation, and AMS governance meetings.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and/or SuccessFactors ECP.

- Experience with international payroll environments.

- Proficient in schema/PCR configuration and multi-currency payroll.

- Skilled in wage type creation, evaluation classes, and posting models.

- Understanding of secure payment processes and pension fund logic.

- Strong troubleshooting for retroactivity and posting issues.

- Familiarity with cutover, KT documentation, and incident lifecycle under AMS.
