We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with strong functional expertise in core HR modules and business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS, preferably in an S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configurations.
- Configure and maintain Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) structures.
- Manage Time Management, Attendance, Leave, and Absence processes.
- Support Payroll configuration, schema modifications, and integration with FI/CO.
- Integrate SAP HCM with other modules such as FI, CO, and SuccessFactors.
- Handle data migration, testing, and issue resolution during project phases.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Support ESS/MSS functionalities and enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit, and statutory requirements.
Technical & Functional Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support (8+ years).
- In-depth knowledge of PA, OM, Time, and Payroll modules.
- Experience with Indian Payroll (INPY) or Global Payroll preferred.
- Familiar with Integration to SAP FICO and SuccessFactors.
- Understanding of Personnel Actions, Infotypes, Work Schedules, and Schemas.
- Experience in data migration (LSMW) and reporting tools.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and S/4HANA HCM environments is a plus.
