We are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY India).

You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and support human capital management solutions tailored to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP HCM modules :

a. Personnel Administration (PA)

b. Organizational Management (OM)

c. Time Management (TM)

d. Payroll (PY) India

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Provide expert consulting on SAP HCM best practices, system design, and process improvements.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to HCM modules.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration documents, user manuals, and test scripts.

- Conduct end-user and key-user training sessions.

- Work closely with SAP Basis, ABAP, and other module consultants (FICO, MM, ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors) for system integration.

- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

- Stay up to date with the latest SAP HCM developments, notes, and release changes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in , Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.

- Expertise in SAP HCM core modules PA, OM, TM, and India Payroll.

- Good understanding of schema configuration, PCRs, wage types, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) for Indian Payroll.

- Solid experience in data uploads using LSMW or BDC, and knowledge of PA40, PA30, OM infotypes, and time schemas/rules.

- Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FICO for payroll posting, ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors, etc.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience in preparing functional specifications for custom reports or enhancements.

- LSMW, BDC, SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query

- SAP GUI, Solution Manager (optional)

- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word (for documentation & reporting)

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred)

- Understanding of SAP HANA compatibility and S/4HANA-readiness of HCM systems (is a plus)

- SAP Certifications in HCM or SuccessFactors are desirable
