Job Description :

- We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll and Time Management to support and deliver enterprise-level SAP HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, and CATS / Planning Board.

- Handle German Payroll and Time Management processes, including statutory requirements.

- Perform HRSP upgrade impact assessments, SAP Note analysis, and related remediation activities.

- Support payroll runs, time evaluation, and month-end/year-end activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to resolve issues.

- Provide functional leadership and guidance to team members.

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and support artifacts.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.

- Strong expertise in German Payroll and Time Management.

- Experience in SAP HCM PA/OM, Payroll, Time, ESS/MSS.

- Exposure to CATS / Planning Board.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with HRSP upgrades and SAP Note analysis.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM / SuccessFactors integration.

- German language skills (preferred).
