SAP HCM Consultant - HR/Payroll Modules

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 to 5 years in SAP HCM. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the HCM module independently and must have strong client-facing and communication skills.

Skills and Experiences required :

- The Consultants should have minimum 3 years up to 5 Years of SAP HCM

- If any end-to-end implementations for Indian projects and has a good expertise in Payroll is an added advantage

- Should be able to handle HCM module independently and will be working with clients directly

- Should have good communication skills and client facing abilities.

- The resource should be comfortable to travel in north India for the project duration

- Very good communication and client handling skills. Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support the SAP HCM module, including core HR, organizational management, time management, and payroll.

- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective HCM solutions.

- Participate in or lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, preferably for Indian clients.

- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet client needs.

- Provide training and support to users as needed.

- Travel within North India for project-related activities as required.
