Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience to configure and support the Core HCM module. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing HR processes through expert system management, ensuring data integrity, and providing seamless support for payroll and time management functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain the Core HCM module to meet business requirements, aligning system capabilities with HR operational goals.

- Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.

- Identify and resolve system issues promptly through troubleshooting and system updates, minimizing disruptions to HR operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, improve data workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

- Document system configurations, business processes, and user guides to support training and ongoing maintenance.

- Support payroll and time management modules, ensuring smooth processing and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Engage with stakeholders to understand evolving HR needs and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with SAP HCM Core modules.

- Strong expertise in payroll, time management, and maintaining data integrity within SAP HCM.

- Proven ability to perform system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement system updates effectively.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with HR, IT, and business teams.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users.
