Key Responsibilities:


- Configure and support SAP Payroll (PY) including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.


- Manage end-to-end payroll processes including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.


- Integrate payroll with SAP FI, SAP Time Management, and third-party tools (e.g., ADP, SuccessFactors, Workday, banking interfaces).


- Handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads.


- Collaborate with Time Management and PA/OM teams to ensure smooth upstream data flow.


- Perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.


- Support interface development and mapping for outbound/inbound data with external systems.


- Create and maintain documentation: functional specs, test cases, SOPs, payroll calendars.


- Assist in payroll issue resolution, audits, and compliance reporting.


- Engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver timely solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.


- Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables.


- Hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems.


- Knowledge of PA, OM, and Benefits modules is a plus.


- Experience with IDoc/ALE, PI/PO, or APIs for integration is desirable.


- Understanding of country-specific payroll statutory compliance (e.g., India, Malaysia, US).


- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.


- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models preferred
