Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in India Payroll and end-to-end implementation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of HCM modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in dynamic business environments.

Key Responsibilities :


- Work on SAP HCM India Payroll configurations, including wage types, PCRs, schemas, and statutory compliance.


- Participate in two full-cycle SAP HCM implementation projects - from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Configure and support sub-modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

- Handle statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, LWF, etc.) and ensure compliance with Indian payroll laws.

- Support integration with FI/CO and other SAP modules.

- Conduct testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance) and prepare related documentation.

- Coordinate with business users to resolve issues and provide end-user training.

- Prepare and maintain functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.

- 5 years of relevant SAP HCM experience with 2 end-to-end India Payroll implementations.

- Strong understanding of Indian Payroll statutory requirements and payroll processes.

- Hands-on experience in PCR, schema configuration, wage type creation, and payroll run.

- Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, Time Management).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills :


- Experience in SuccessFactors integration (optional but an advantage).


- Exposure to SAP HANA environment.

- Knowledge of Fiori apps related to HCM.
