Responsibilities :


- Supports the resolution of L3 tickets alongside Assistant Product Managers.


- Supports enhancement requests, business operational requests, and service requests fulfilment


- Manage Quality Planning and Control (QC/QA).

- Supports development of requirements and validation of designed enhancements.

- Analyses and deciphers diverse requirements from multiple countries.

- Collaborates with the team to classify and prioritise defects related to the process/product and makes decisions based on assessments.

- Coordinates work effort between products and modules.

Requirements :

- Technical/functional knowledge on SAP HCM, HR Mini Master and Success Factors.

- SAP standard IDOC program and processing knowledge.

- SAP HR integration to CRM, SRM, C4C and AP required.

- Knowledge of GRC security set-up and process.

- Knowledge about background job scheduling/processing.

- ABAP skills would be beneficial.

- Experience in SAP HR functional expertise in configuration and set-up.

- SAP integration with Controlling and cost centre creation knowledge.

- Experience in SAP HR org structure.

- Experience in HR Mini Master set-up.

- Experience in SAP HR reporting.

- Good understanding of creating and processing background jobs.

- Good presentation and demonstration skills.

- Good communication and client-facing skills.
