The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Warranty Management, Returns, and Refunds.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments, with brownfield implementation experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and support SAP SD and CS modules, focusing on Warranty Management processes.

- Manage refunds, returns, repair orders, service contracts, and warranty claims within the OTC (Order-to-Cash) framework.

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Integrate SD/CS Warranty functionality with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, etc.).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warranty, service, and returns processes.

- Participate in S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, or brownfield implementations.

- Ensure system configurations align with business requirements and SAP best practices.

- Document functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments or enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5 to 10 years of total SAP experience, with at least 23 years in S/4HANA SD/CS.

- Strong hands-on experience in Warranty Management, Refunds/Returns, and Service Processes.

- Experience in S/4HANA (mandatory) and brownfield projects (preferred).

- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) process flow and integration points.

- Good knowledge of pricing, billing, credit management, and master data in SD.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
