About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP HANA Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing SAP HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data modeling, SQL scripting, performance tuning, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA data models including Attribute Views, Analytic Views, Calculation Views, and HANA Live models.

- Develop and optimize complex SQL scripts, procedures, and table functions.

- Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Perform performance tuning of HANA models, SQL queries, and data flows.

- Implement data provisioning techniques such as SLT, BODS, SDA, SDI, or other ETL tools.

- Support integration of SAP HANA with SAP BW, S/4HANA, SAP Analytics or third-party systems.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to best development practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and issue resolution.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

- Troubleshoot HANA-related issues and provide ongoing production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 47 years of hands-on experience as an SAP HANA Developer.

- Strong expertise in SAP HANA Modeling (Calculation Views, SQL Script, Table Functions).

- Proficiency in SQL, performance tuning, query optimization, and debugging.

- Experience with data provisioning (SLT, BODS, SDI/SDA, or equivalent tools).

- Knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, S/4HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

- Understanding of HANA security, roles, privileges, and data governance.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with HANA XS/XSA, Node.js, or SAP CAP.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with HANA deployments.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori or UI5 development.

- Experience with DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
