SAP HANA Sales Consultant

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP HANA Sales Consultant with 7+ years of proven experience in implementing and managing core sales processes using SAP. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Order-to-Cash (OTC), FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), Credit Management, Rebates, and Condition Contract Management (CCM). Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) is essential. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales and finance-related processes, ensuring seamless integration and leveraging the full capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities and Module Expertise

Order-to-Cash (OTC):

- Possess end-to-end process ownership of the OTC cycle, including sales order processing, delivery, billing, and customer payments.

- Configure and support sales document types, item categories, and copy control in SAP SD.

- Ensure seamless integration with MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and WM (Warehouse Management) modules.

- Handle returns, backorders, delivery scheduling, and ATP (Available to Promise) functionalities.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of S/4HANA simplifications in SD, such as the business partner model and billing document request.

Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM):

- Implement and support Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Credit Management within SAP FSCM.

- Manage integration between FSCM and core modules like FI-AR (Accounts Receivable) and SD.

- Configure Collection strategies, correspondence, and workflows effectively.

- Show familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for FSCM in S/4HANA.

Credit Management:

- Configure SAP FSCM Credit Management (new credit management) in S/4HANA.

- Set up credit rules, scoring, and limits to effectively manage customer risk exposure.

- Ensure robust integration with sales order processing to enable real-time credit checks.

- Manage credit control areas, automatic blocking/release of sales documents.

Rebates Management:

- Demonstrate experience with both traditional Rebate Agreements and Condition Contract Management (CCM) in S/4HANA.

- Configure and execute rebate processing, accruals, and settlement mechanisms.

- Enable real-time tracking of rebate accruals with improved transparency in S/4HANA.

Condition Contract Management (CCM):

- Possess deep understanding of CCM as a strategic replacement for traditional rebate processing in S/4HANA.

- Manage the creation, monitoring, and settlement of condition contracts.

- Ensure accurate integration with sales orders, billing documents, and FI for correct financial postings.

- Handle multiple settlement scenarios, including lump sum, partial, and periodic settlements.

- Provide expert guidance and support during all phases of SAP projects (blueprint, realization, final preparation, go-live, and post-go-live support).

- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide functional specifications to technical teams.

- Review and optimize existing SAP processes for efficiency, compliance, and best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in SAP implementations and management of core sales processes.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD).

- Deep functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) end-to-end processes.

- Strong understanding and experience with FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) components, including Collections, Dispute, and particularly Credit Management.

- Proven experience with Rebates Management and Condition Contract Management (CCM) in S/4HANA.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder interaction.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead functional discussions.

- SAP certification in Sales (SD) is highly preferred.
