SAP HANA Consultant - Implementation & Support

Duties :

- Design, develop, and optimize complex data models in SAP HANA Cloud, including calculation views, attribute views, analytical views, and table functions.

- Work closely with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.

- Implement data provisioning and transformation processes using SQLScript and other native SAP HANA Cloud tools.

- Support with testing on HANA Cloud Upgrades.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and business users.

- Document data model design, metadata, and data lineage.

Note : We are looking for candidate who can work from Gurugram office as first preference.

2nd preference is for Bengaluru office.

Skills :

- 7-10 years of experience in HANA Modelling (HANA Cloud)Specialized in Native HANA Modelling.

- Do not submit candidates with BW experience.

- Good knowledge of calculation views and various transformations used in it i., star join node, Aggregation, Rank, and others.

- Expertise in performance tunning and optimization in HANA Cloud.

- Well versed with security concepts like roles , Analytical privileges HANA Cloud.

- Development Hands On exposure on SAP Business Application studio is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of various tables of S/4 Fico module i., Acdoca, bseg etc.

Good to have :

- Implement data provisioning and transformation processes using SQL Script and other native SAP HANA Cloud tools.

- Good knowledge of Input parameters and variables in calc views.

- Good knowledge of Ansi SQL.

Additional skills which are good to have :

- SAP Analytics cloud and Financial reporting

- Define and implement security and authorization concepts for data access within HANA Cloud models.

- Stay updated on SAP HANA Cloud capabilities, data modelling trends, and best practices.

- Should have understanding of modelling in SAP Datasphere.

- Understanding of SAP GEN AI topics like vector engine, knowledge graph.

- CDS View development experience is added advantage.

- Good Communication skills.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer, AWS Certified Developer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are preferred.
