SAP HANA Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA professional to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of SAP HANA-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP HANA modeling, development, performance tuning, and integration with other SAP modules and systems.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-performance analytics and real-time business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement data models and views (Attribute, Analytic, Calculation) using SAP HANA Studio / Web IDE.

- Work on data provisioning using tools like SLT, BODS, SDA, SDI.

- Develop and optimize complex SQLScript and stored procedures in SAP HANA.

- Integrate HANA models with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, or other front-end tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, Lumira, SAC).

- Conduct performance tuning of HANA models and database objects.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Support SAP HANA upgrades, patches, and migration projects.

- Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and documentation.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA development and/or consulting.

- Strong expertise in SAP HANA Studio, HANA XSA, and HANA Modeling.

- Proficient in SQLScript, table functions, and procedures.

- Experience with data provisioning tools (SLT, BODS, SDI, SDA).

- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BW on HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

- Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori integration (for developer roles).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
