About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP HANA Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP HANA solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and system integration, along with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and associated technologies.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical consultants to deliver scalable, high-performance SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end SAP HANA architecture for greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid landscapes.

- Lead technical architecture planning, system design, and integration efforts for SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.

- Develop high-performance data models using SAP HANA Native Modeling, Calculation Views, Attribute Views, and Analytic Views.

- Collaborate with BI, analytics, and functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Lead data migration, data integration, and data replication strategies using tools like SLT, SDI, or BODS.

- Optimize system performance through memory management, indexing strategies, and SQL performance tuning.

- Define and enforce SAP architecture standards, security, and governance practices.

- Provide technical leadership in evaluating, selecting, and implementing new SAP technologies and tools.

- Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.

- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by providing SAP HANA expertise.

- Mentor junior consultants and guide technical teams during implementation phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture and delivery roles, with a minimum of 4+ years in SAP HANA and S/4HANA implementations.

- Expertise in SAP HANA data modeling, SQLScript, HANA views, and stored procedures.

- Strong experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (on-premise and/or cloud) architectures.

- Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP BTP is a plus.

- Experience with data provisioning tools like SAP SLT, BODS, and Smart Data Integration (SDI).

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment models.

- Understanding of SAP security, roles, and authorizations related to HANA.

- Hands-on experience in system sizing, landscape design, and performance optimization.

- Proficient in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Activate, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
