SAP GTS Consultant - S/4 HANA Environments

Job Opportunity : Senior Inhouse Expert / Consultant SAP GTS.

Location : New Delhi / Bengaluru / Hyderabad.

Industry : IT / Logistics / International Trade.

Language Requirements : Fluent English; German is a plus.

Your Responsibilities :

As a Senior SAP GTS Consultant, you will :

- Lead and manage the Foreign Trade domain (export control and customs), with a strong focus on SAP GTS.

- Advise business units on IT strategy and implementation aligned with our target architecture.

- Strengthen our SAP Foreign Trade team in the context of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation.

- Design and implement business solutions in SAP GTS, ensuring alignment with our governance model.

- Customize applications, conduct functional and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

- Create IT concepts to guide our development team.

- Evaluate and recommend suitable applications and tools.

- Serve as the primary contact for external service providers and manage their contributions to projects.

- Provide comprehensive support for SAP Foreign Trade applications, add-ons, and subsystem interfaces.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment.

- Contribute up to 20% of your time to Level 2 and 3 support activities.

Your Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who brings :

- A degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP consultant in logistics, with a specialization in SAP GTS (ideally GTS e4H).

- Deep expertise in GTS Export Management (Export Classification, Export Compliance, Customs Export) and Preference Management.

- Strong cross-module integration knowledge, especially in SD-FT (Sales & Distribution Foreign Trade).

- End-to-end process understanding, particularly in quote-to-cash cycles.

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing SAP GTS processes, ideally within S/4HANA environments.

- International work experience outside India, with solid knowledge of export control regulations (US, European, and German law).

- A collaborative mindset, analytical thinking, and assertiveness.

- Customer-centric approach with excellent diplomatic and communication skills.

- Fluent English communication skills; German language proficiency is a plus.
