Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP GRC Security Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP security concepts and GRC functionalities, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP GRC solutions. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules.

- Configure and customize SAP GRC Access Control components, including Access Request Management (ARM), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).

- Configure and customize SAP GRC Process Control components, including control design, testing, and remediation.

- Perform security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

- Develop and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations based on business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP security and GRC related issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP security and GRC configurations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP security and GRC functionalities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP security and GRC trends and technologies.

- Participate in internal and external audits related to SAP security and GRC.

- Contribute to the development of SAP security and GRC best practices.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP security and GRC solutions with other systems.

- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

- 3-8 years of experience in SAP security and GRC implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including authorizations, roles, and profiles.

- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules.

- Experience with SAP security auditing and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- SAP security certification is a plus.

- Experience with S/4HANA security is a plus.

- Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) is a plus.

- Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
