Description : SAP Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Consultant

Role Overview :

We are hiring an SAP GRC Consultant to design and maintain governance, compliance, and security frameworks across SAP landscapes. The role includes Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).

- Set up Segregation of Duties (SoD) ruleset, risk analysis, and remediation.

- Configure firefighter IDs, workflows, role-based access, and provisioning.

- Work on GRCS/4 integration for access automation and compliance controls.

- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and risk management.

- Document processes, test scenarios, and conduct user training.

KRAs :

- Reduction in SoD conflicts and access-related audit issues.

- Timely provisioning and access request closure.

- Effective governance and compliance reporting for audits.

- Stability and automation of access control workflows.

Required Technical Skills :

- SAP GRC Access Control (mandatory), Process Control / Risk Management (good to have).

- SoD & Role Design concepts.

- Integration with ECC/S4HANA, HR systems, and Identity Management solutions.

- Workflow configuration and BRF+ knowledge.

- Understanding of SAP Security (roles, authorizations).
