We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled SAP Global COUPA Functional Lead to drive the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions. This role requires a strong blend of COUPA platform configuration expertise, foundational knowledge of Procurement processes, and a solid understanding of integrating COUPA with SAP S/4HANA Finance. The ideal candidate will be a global collaborator, a functional leader, and possess a keen eye for technical integration details.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Functional Leadership : Serve as the primary Global Functional Lead for the COUPA platform, driving the end-to-end design, configuration, and administration of COUPA modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, etc.).

- P2P Process Design : Map complex global Procurement business requirements to COUPA system capabilities, designing robust and scalable Procure-to-Pay processes.

- SAP Integration : Lead the design and implementation of critical integration scenarios between COUPA and SAP S/4HANA (Finance/Controlling, Master Data) to ensure seamless data flow for suppliers, invoices, payments, and financial reporting.

- Configuration & Administration : Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and administration of the COUPA platform, including managing workflows, approval matrices, system settings, and user roles.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate effectively with global business stakeholders, technical teams (SAP, middleware, data), and offshore/nearshore service providers, demonstrating strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

- Global Rollouts : Support and lead COUPA implementation and deployment activities across various global business units, ensuring adherence to global standards while addressing local regulatory and process needs.

- Reporting & Analytics : Utilize strong knowledge of data processing, analytics, and big data architecture concepts to define reporting requirements within COUPA and for financial reporting in SAP S/4HANA.

- Marketplace & Enhancements : Evaluate and integrate COUPA marketplace products and other relevant features to continuously improve the global Business Spend Management (BSM) landscape.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have) :

- Coupa Expertise : Strong hands-on experience as a Coupa Consultant with proven proficiency in configuration and administration.

- Domain Knowledge : Deep functional knowledge of core Procurement and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) business processes.

- SAP Finance : Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA financials, master data (Vendors, GL accounts, Cost Centers), and key integration touchpoints with Procurement.

Desired Skills & Technical Expertise :

- Techno/Functional Focus : Experience operating in a Coupa Consultant (Techno/Functional) capacity, capable of bridging the gap between business processes and technical integration.

- Integration Experience : Hands-on experience with API development and design (REST/GraphQL), specifically in the context of integrating cloud platforms (like COUPA) with on-premise or cloud ERP (like SAP S/4HANA) via middleware (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Mulesoft, etc.).

- Data Acumen : Expertise in data processing, analytics, and big data architecture principles to ensure data integrity and quality across integrated systems.

- Team Collaboration : Experience working effectively with offshore/nearshore teams in a global delivery model.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Skilled at stakeholder communication, influencing, and negotiation to drive consensus on global process and design.
