Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled SAP GBT (Global Batch Traceability) Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be a key player in the full lifecycle implementation and configuration of the SAP GBT module. This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, designing robust traceability processes to meet global regulations, and providing expert-level support. You will be instrumental in enabling complete product traceability, which is essential for ensuring quality, supporting audits, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and technical configuration of the SAP GBT module.

- Design and implement integration solutions between SAP GBT and other core modules, including SAP ERP, SAP EWM, SAP QM, and external systems.

- Architect end-to-end traceability processes to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct comprehensive training for key users and provide expert post-implementation support to ensure user adoption and system stability.

- Analyze traceability data to support critical business functions such as product recalls and internal/external audits, and to identify opportunities for process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience with SAP, specifically with the implementation and configuration of the

SAP GBT module.

- Proven experience with the integration of SAP GBT with other modules, including ERP, EWM, and QM.

- The ability to design and implement traceability processes that meet complex regulatory and quality standards.

- Strong communication and training skills for providing user support and knowledge transfer.

- Experience in analyzing traceability data for audits and process improvements.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of other related SAP modules, such as SAP APO or SAP SCM.

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).

- Certifications in relevant SAP modules.
