- Provide financials system support to all end users across ADD functions relating to financial systems.

- Coordinating with Finance HQ IT support team to resolve reported issues through RITM/Incident/Idea tickets.

- Endorse and approve financial roles access & authorization tickets.

Month End Closing (MEC) Support :

- Provide support during transactional data processing, preparing uploads, data validation & reconciliation and identify incorrect master data assignments and subsequently suggest corrective actions.

- Support financial users in data reconciliations and validation during month end closing activities.

- Coordinate with HUB and Bi teams to update SAP data to get correct segmented finance reports which is aligned with SAP data.

- Validate Bi Financial Reports & Dashboard.

User Performance Enablement :

- Provide financial systems awareness and training support to finance and non-finance business users.

System Enhancements/Improvements :

- Provide support during financial systems enhancements/improvements and retail system integrations and prepare business requirement document (BRD)
