Job Title : SAP Functional Consultant (Finance)

Experience : 7-10 years (with at least 7 years of experience in SAP ERP technology)

Location : Gurugram (Hybrid)

Mode : 6 month + ext.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design and Implementation : Lead the design and implementation of SAP finance solutions, including AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.

- Business Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications.

- Configuration and Testing : Configure SAP systems according to business requirements and conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Project Leadership : Lead and manage finance-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.

- Stakeholder Management : Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and project sponsors, to ensure smooth project execution.

- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer : Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals, and provide knowledge transfer to end-users.

Requirements :

- SAP ERP Experience : At least 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP technology, with a focus on finance-related solutions (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets).

- Functional Expertise : Strong functional expertise in SAP finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.

- Project Leadership : Proven experience in leading finance-related projects in the ERP space.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Nice to Have :

- SAP S/4HANA Experience : Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including migration and implementation.

- Certifications : SAP certifications in finance modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO) would be an added advantage.
