We are currently hiring for one of our esteemed clients headquartered in the USA with operations in Hyderabad.

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to lead and deliver robust Field Service Management solutions.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA integrations and field service operations.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end FSM implementation, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP FSM implementation projects from design through deployment.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand service management requirements and translate them into effective SAP FSM solutions.

- Integrate FSM with SAP S/4HANA modules including SD, PM, CS, MM, and EWM.

- Optimize field service workflows including scheduling, dispatch, and mobile service execution.

- Drive adoption strategies, user training, and change management initiatives.

- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure alignment on solution architecture and delivery timelines.

- Apply best practices in field service management to improve service delivery, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with minimum 5 years of hands-on expertise in SAP FSM implementations.

- Proven knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with modules like SD, PM, CS, MM, and EWM.

- Strong understanding of field service processes, workforce scheduling, mobile enablement, and service execution optimization.

- Experience or familiarity with SAP BTP, IoT, predictive maintenance, Procore, and SAP CPQ is a plus.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward client success.
