About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join our team on a contractual, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP FSM, including strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies to design, implement, and support FSM solutions that streamline field service operations, workforce scheduling, dispatching, and mobile execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions for service operations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system design and FSM configurations.

- Configure and customize FSM modules including Planning & Dispatching, Service Call Management, Mobile Field Execution, and Customer Self-Service.

- Integrate FSM with backend ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) using standard and custom integration methods (e.g., SAP BTP, CPI, or middleware tools).

- Manage data synchronization, replication, and error handling between FSM and ERP systems.

- Provide support for testing (SIT, UAT) and training activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to resolve technical and functional issues.

- Participate in global meetings and provide daily updates on progress, blockers, and risks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of overall SAP experience, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FSM.

- Strong understanding of FSM functional modules :

Service Call & Ticket Management
Workforce Scheduling & Optimization
Planning & Dispatch Board
Mobile FSM App
Customer Engagement (self-service portals)

- Experience with integration to SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (especially in modules like CS/PM/SD).

- Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP BTP services.

- Good understanding of master data dependencies: Business Partners, Equipment, Materials, Service Orders, etc.

- Knowledge of FSM extension options and APIs is a plus.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
