SAP FSCM Credit Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Credit Management Consultant with a strong background in Credit Risk Assessment, Dispute Management, and Collections Processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Credit Management solutions in both S/4HANA and ECC environments.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical consultants to optimize credit control, risk evaluation, and cash flow processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FSCM Credit Management modules.

- Configure and customize Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management functionalities.

- Integrate Credit Management with Accounts Receivable (AR), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Treasury modules.

- Define and maintain credit control areas, credit risk categories, and credit limit determination.

- Work on Credit Exposure Management, Risk Scoring, and Credit Rules Engine within S/4HANA.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, reports, and workflows.

- Support system upgrades, migrations, and testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT).

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and organizational policies.

- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 12 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 8 years in FSCM Credit Management.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management (new credit management powered by SAP Fiori).

- Experience in integrating with SAP SD, FI-AR, and Treasury modules.

- Hands-on experience with Credit Limit Management, Credit Scoring Models, and BP Credit Segments.

- Familiarity with Dispute and Collections Management processes and configurations.

- Experience in migration from Classic Credit Management to FSCM Credit Management.

- Strong understanding of credit risk processes, financial exposure, and business partner master data.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead workshops, provide functional expertise, and mentor junior consultants.
