Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FSCM Consultant & Integrated Finance Lead to spearhead the design, configuration, and implementation of advanced solutions within our financial landscape.


This role requires a minimum of 7+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to SAP FSCM and Finance.


The ideal candidate must possess extensive subject matter expertise in core FSCM components (Credit, Dispute, Collections, Cash Application), New G/L, and mandatory experience with high-impact payment processes and specialized third-party integrations like HighRadius.


The consultant will demonstrate project leadership across all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Core Responsibilities :

SAP FSCM and Finance Implementation :

- Lead and deliver SAP functional solutions, acting as the subject matter expert in the design and configuration of SAP FSCM and SAP Finance (New GL) components.

- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience and understanding of core FSCM business processes, including :

- Credit Management : Configuration of credit rules, risk classes, and integration with sales processes.

- Dispute Management : Setup of dispute cases, reasons, and integration with Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Collections Management : Design of collection strategies, worklists, and collaboration with AR specialists.

- Cash Application : Configuration of advanced processes for efficient and automated cash matching.

- Responsible for all phases of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC), including system design, analysis, configuration, system testing, data validations, and Production support in SAP - FSCM.

- Payment, Banking, and Integration Expertise :

- Extensive subject matter expertise in SAP Bank Management and its integration capabilities.

- Mandatory experience implementing various Payment Processes, including SAP Automatic Bank Payment, Direct Debit, Worldpay/Paymetric integration, and Credit Card Integration.

- Crucially, have implemented HighRadius FSCM products/services (on-premise/cloud) integration with SAP, leveraging low-code Business Process Management/Workflow solutions where applicable.

- Analyze technical and functional integration requirements between FSCM and other SAP modules (SD, MM) and external financial systems.

- Leadership, Project Management, and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Demonstrate project leadership in defining and executing implementation roadmaps for complex SAP solutions.

- Act as the liaison between the Business and IT solutions, translating customer requirements into precise functional specifications and deployment strategies.

- Contribute to requirements gathering and the deployment of best practices for business processes, proposing strategic solutions.

- Interacts with senior management to gain consensus on alternative approaches and strategic project directions.

Required Skills & Qualifications (You Must Have) :

- Experience : Minimum 7+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in SAP functional design and configuration of SAP FSCM/Finance.

- Core FSCM Skills : Expert proficiency in configuring Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections Management, and Cash Application.

- Finance Expertise : Extensive subject matter expertise in New GL and integration with other SAP modules.

- Third-Party Integration : Mandatory experience implementing HighRadius FSCM products/services (on-premise/cloud) integration.

- Payment Processes : Proven experience with SAP Automatic Bank Payment, Direct Debit, Credit Card Integration, and Worldpay/Paymetric or similar payment gateways.

- Implementations : Strong exposure and experience in at least 2 end-to-end full-lifecycle implementations.
