We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP FS Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP FS-CD (Financial Services - Collections and Disbursements) and S/4HANA Finance modules such as FI-CO, FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, and FI-AM. This role requires both functional and technical understanding to help design, configure, and deliver solutions that meet complex client business requirements in the finance and insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end SAP FS-CD and S/4HANA Finance implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Analyze business processes and requirements to develop optimized SAP solutions within FS-CD and core finance modules.

- Configure SAP modules including FI-CO, FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, and FI-AM in accordance with client requirements.

- Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, and insurance-specific components).

- Interact with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide expert guidance during project lifecycles.

- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and documentation for business users and stakeholders.

- Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution during post-go live phase.

- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams using Agile/SCRUM, PRINCE2, or ASAP methodologies.

- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to best practices.

- Prepare project-related documentation such as process flows, design documents, test plans, and end-user training materials.

- Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools to analyze financial data, generate dashboards, and provide insight into system performance.

- Assist clients with audit preparation and compliance reporting.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :

- 35 years of relevant SAP consulting experience, especially with SAP FS-CD and S/4HANA Finance modules.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, including general ledger, asset accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and cost controlling.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-value consulting services.

- Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Fluent in English (oral and written).

- Willingness to travel up to 50% (client/site meetings).
