We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled resource having 8 to 11 years of IT experience with expertise in SAP Financial Planning and Analytics (SAP FP&A), and along with that should have below technical skills:

- Engage in financial planning & forecasting using SAP FP&A and support the development, consolidation, and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and long range plans using SAP FP&A tools and integrated planning models.

- Manage SAP FP&A System enhancements. Data Integrity and Oversee master data accuracy, maintain planning models, and coordinate system improvements to ensure reliable financial reporting and analytics.

- Drive Performance Reporting & Insights and Generate automated dashboards and financial reports within SAP FP&A, delivering actionable insights on revenue, cost drivers, variances, and KPIs.

- Cross Functional Collaboration for Integrated Planning and Partner with finance, operations, and business unit leaders to align assumptions, validate inputs, and support end to end integrated business planning.

- Process Optimization & Best Practice Adoption to Identify opportunities to streamline planning cycles, enhance forecasting accuracy, and implement SAP FP&A best practices to improve decision making efficiency.

- Experience across the various facets of the SDLC process with a specific focus on QA, test strategy and execution.

- Hands-on experience with variety of testing tools, Manual functional testing with agile and scrum methodology.

- Experience with defect management applications like HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.

The Person:

- Experience developing overall test strategy and plans for complex system implementations including a variety of technologies and design patterns.

- Experience in Functional Testing/Integration Testing/Regression Testing/System Testing/ E2E Testing and Acceptance Testing

- Should have expertise in preparing detailed Test Cases, writing Test Scripts by decomposing Business Requirements, Test Scenarios and Test execution.

- Good knowledge of STLC, Black box test techniques & methodologies.

- Document test results including logging bugs with detailed steps to reproduce for development team.

- Identify and implement test tools for functional, regression and performance testing including automation frameworks/harness.

- Must be flexible to work on any project requirements and work timings.

- Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills to executive management on testing activities and issues.

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

- Test issues troubleshooting and guidance to peers and juniors.
