Job Description :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Build Work Zone

- Experience in configuring role-based business sites, workspaces, spaces, and pages

- Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad concepts (catalogs, groups, spaces, roles)

- Experience integrating SAP Fiori standard apps, custom applications, and external content

- Hands-on experience in standard SAP app extension and UI adaptation (Adapt UI, App Variants, Key User Extensions)

- Understanding of SAP UX guidelines and Fiori design principles

- Experience working with SAP BTP integration concepts

- Good understanding of user roles, authorizations, and content assignments

- Experience supporting UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization

- Strong documentation and communication skills

Role Responsibility :

- Facilitate configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Build Work Zone

- Gather and analyze business requirements for digital workplace and UX scenarios

- Design and maintain role-based sites, workspaces, and navigation structures

- Perform UI adaptations and standard app extensions aligned with business needs

- Coordinate with UX, Fiori, BTP, and functional teams

- Identify gaps, usability issues, and propose UX improvements

- Support high-priority production issues and change requests

- Prepare functional and configuration documentation

- Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and hypercare activities

- Proactively recommend UX consistency and usability enhancements

- Support ongoing rollouts, enhancements, and support projects

- Mentor junior team members when required.

Desired Skills Experience :

- Experience in S/4HANA transformation or UX modernization projects

- Exposure to Fiori Elements and UI5 concepts

- Experience working in Agile delivery or global rollout programs

- SAP Work Zone / UX Certification is an added advantage

- Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills

- Experience working with Japanese customers is an added advantage

- Willingness for short-term or long-term travel to Japan, based on project needs
