Role Summary :

Seeking a seasoned SAP FI/CO Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. This individual will lead finance and controlling configurations, steer full-cycle S/4 implementations, and drive integration across modules. Automotive industry experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP FI/CO Expertise :

- End-to-end configuration and support in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Intercompany processes

Product Costing & Material Ledger :

- Implement and support scenarios like Standard Costing, Actual Costing, and Material Ledger in S/4HANA or ECC.

- Profitability Analysis (CO?PA) : Design and configure profitability analysis including reporting, drill-down analytics, and integration into the financial close process

- Next Ventures

Financial Closing & Reporting :

- Lead financial closing processes, month-end activities, and integration with COPA, intercompany reconciliation, and financial consolidation

Integration :

- Ensure seamless integration between FI/CO and other modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP), leveraging real-world business scenarios and deep cross-functional knowledge

Solution Architecture : Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, workshops, and define technical specifications aligned to business processes and global template standards

Implementation & Support :

- Drive full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, go?live support and post-live stabilization

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer :

- Develop clear documentationfunctional spec, process flows, training materials and deliver end-user enablement sessions.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage across finance, IT, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver business value through SAP solutions in a cross-functional environment.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 8 to 12+ years in SAP FI/CO consulting, with hands-on implementation in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. At least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA project implementation is mandatory

- Technical & Functional Skills : In depth knowledge of FI and CO submodules GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO?PA, internal orders, product costing with strong experience in product costing and profitability analysis. Familiarity with Material Ledger is required.

- Integration Acumen : Proven experience configuring integration flows with SAP modules like MM, SD, PS and consolidations.

- Solution-Oriented Approach : Strong in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specification creation, and alignment to SAP best practices

- Consulting & Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Comfortable leading global template design and workshops.

- Academic Credentials : Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, IT/Computer Science, or a related discipline. SAP Certifications in FI, CO or S/4HANA Finance are an added advantage.

- Industry Experience : Prior experience in the automotive or discrete manufacturing sector is a significant advantage.
