Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation projects. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, and integration with SAP and third-party systems for workforce management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement).

- Integrate Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.

- Manage requirement gathering, blueprinting, and solution workshops.

- Conduct testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Partner with clients to optimize contingent workforce processes.

Required Skills :

- 7-10 years of experience with SAP Fieldglass implementations.

- Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes.

- Integration experience with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or ECC.

- Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and client interaction skills.
