- Serve in external client-facing roles, effectively communicating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions.

Configuration & Customization Expertise :

- Possess a deep understanding of organizational structure setup and adeptly map complex business processes to standard SAP functionalities.

- Provide hands-on configuration experience in key SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO).

- Drive customization and technical involvement in RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces,

Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).

Integration & Technical Involvement :

- Work hands-on with IDOCs for data exchange and possess basic debugging skills to troubleshoot issues.

- Manage integration with non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

Analysis & Documentation :

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable SAP FICO solutions.

- Prepare comprehensive functional specifications and support testing cycles.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 5.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consulting.

- S/4HANA Implementations : At least 2 full end-to-end implementations in S/4HANA.

- Client Engagement : Strong experience in external client-facing roles.

- FICO Configuration : Proficiency in Configuration & Customization of SAP FICO modules, including deep understanding and hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

- RICEFW Involvement : Demonstrated involvement in RICEFW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).

- Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with IDOCs, basic debugging, and integration with non-SAP systems.
